How important is it to have a bed frame?
There are a few reasons having a bed frame is important. Not only does it look better aesthetically, but it helps to fend off mould, dirt, or insects from getting on or in your mattress.
What is the difference between the medium and firm sides?
The firmness you need depends on how you sleep. If you are a heavier-weight sleeper or if you sleep primarily on your stomach, the firm side is the best for overall support. If you are an average-weight sleeper or prefer to sleep on your side or back, then the medium side is perfect.
What makes the Snuggle Mattress different?
The Snuggle Flippable Mattress is the only one of its kind in Ireland. You get the best of both worlds with this luxury mattress as it is anti-allergy and comes with breathable fabric and cooling foam, which means no overheating.
Does the Snuggle Mattress need a special frame?
No. All Snuggle Mattresses are within the EU standard and will fit any standard frame on the market.
Does plywood help under a mattress?
While it may help the bed last longer, the plywood is not breathable material which can lead to moisture or mould in your mattress.
Can you dispose of my old mattress?
Unfortunately not. We currently don’t provide this service. We recommend you contact your local recycling centre. They all provide a mattress collection service for a small charge.

How do I order?
Ordering is super simple! All you have to do is choose your size, add to the cart and proceed to checkout, which will prompt you to enter your card details. Once you have gone through the checkout process, we will receive your order and start working on it.
Can I buy in Store?
Snuggle is a completely online store. To try out the Snuggle Mattress, you can visit us in our showroom in Unit 24, Northlink Retail Park, Dundalk, Co. Louth. Our showroom is open Monday-Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm, and on Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
How long does an order take to arrive?
We try to process your orders as quickly as possible. We aim to have orders with you no later than 3-7 days after the initial purchase date.

What does Delivery cost?
Delivery around Ireland is completely free!
Do you ship to the UK?
Sadly we only ship around Ireland at this time.

How do I care for my Mattress?

I've spilt something on my mattress, what do I do?
Get a dry cloth and wipe up any excess moisture, keep the sheets off the mattress and allow it to air dry naturally.
How long before I can sleep on my Mattress?
We recommend leaving it at least 8 hours before sleeping on your Snuggle Flippable Mattress, and it will take 48 hours to expand fully.
