Delivery & Returns Information

Snuggle offers Free delivery around Ireland. A typical order will take between 4 to 8 days, some models can take between 10 to 14 days to be processed and dispatched.

Unfortunately, your address cannot be amended once you have ordered the product. You will need to cancel and reorder with the correct address. Please be aware that the refund will take a few days to process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it , it also must be in the original packaging. For returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase, there is a standard €60 euro charge to uplift your product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

– Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, if you need to exchange it for the same item email us at info@snuggle.ie

– Warranty

All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. Each mattress, bed frame or headboard has a guarantee that if something goes wrong with it, we can get it replaced for you if it comes down to being a manufacturers fault, such as material defects or springs, each bed set has a different warranty time, due to the grade of the mattress.
