- Measuring the depth
Measuring inches from the bottom, where it will rest on the box spring to the top of the mattress, will give you the depth of the mattress. - Measuring the Length
To measure the length, you need to go from the head of the mattress to the foot of the mattress to get an accurate measurement. - Measuring the Width
Take your tape measure and on the base of the mattress, go from left to right to get an accurate measurement.

We recommend a firm mattress if you are a stomach sleeper, as it will help with your spine alignment, and you will sleep easier.
How long does a mattress last?
You should aim to replace your mattress every 6 to 8 years.
How soon after can you use the mattress?
While there is no set time before you can use the mattress, we recommend you allow it to expand for at least 12 hours before use as you want a comfortable sleep.
